There are no more groups this academic year. More dates will be added for the 2008-2009 academic soon soon.

Parent Support Group is open to FOCUS client families only.

Registration is requested to adequately plan for staffing needs.

Does your child want friends but seem socially clueless, frustrated and isolated?

Is your child bright yet hates school and feels painfully misunderstood in a traditional learning environment?

Is your child "left-of-center" and feel like the proverbial "square peg in a round hole"?

FOCUS will be hosting a free "FOCUS on Parenting" Support Group. You are not alone. This group will provide support, awareness and resources to parents, offer time to "bond" with others in the same boat, and suggest different coping strategies.

Free childcare is available. Staff will be on hand to help kids with homework or play games.

Refreshments will be served, however, dinner will be provided for the kids only.

Topics are open to suggestion.
